Sandra Corelli partners with her clients to build human-centric workplaces, inclusive cultures and develops strategies and programs to accelerate the advancement of leadership. She is a keynote speaker, consultant, facilitator and coach.

 

As a people & culture strategist, she consults with clients in the areas of employee experience, culture, inclusion, talent management, leadership development and, well-being in the workplace.

 

Sandra brings a multi-disciplinary focus to her work drawing on human behaviour, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and positive psychology. She brings experience across industries and is on a mission to transform organizations by building people-first leaders through intentional leadership. Sandra actively coaches and trains individuals in a number of leadership areas including inclusive leadership, emotional intelligence, leadership presence, communication skills, building resilience, navigating change & crisis, managing stress & mitigating burnout.

Sandra's passion to accelerate the advancement of women in the workplace, led her to conduct her own research, engaging in interviews with women across industries.

Based on her findings, she has developed a signature program for Women in Leadership – providing practical strategies and tools for women to overcome some of the challenges and barriers they face. During this transformative experience, women are empowered to authentically step into their confidence and elevate their overall impact as leaders.

 

Sandra brings 20 years of corporate HR industry experience as a people & culture strategist and consultant.  She was a senior HR leader at a multinational financial institution, where she was accountable for delivering strategic HR initiatives. She coached senior leaders throughout her career and established a reputation for driving transformational change while building cultures that consistently achieve organizational goals and leading engagement.

Sandra graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours BA in Employee Relations and Sociology. She has a Post-Graduate Certification in Positive Psychology and Well-being and is certified in the EQ-i 2.0 and resilience.

Sandra is a contributor to Thrive Global. She is committed to community service and an advocate for Mental Health. She currently serves on the National Board of Directors for The Duke of Edinburgh International Award as HR Director-at-Large in support of developing leadership life skills in youth. In addition, she is a committee member with Girls Inc. and a Coach with G(irls)20, building leadership and confidence skills in young women. Sandra is also a mentor with FWE -Forum for Women Entrepreneurs.
